We recently purchased a car from this branch of Pentagon and are absolutely delighted with the car and the service we received throughout. The whole experience, from start to finish, was exceptional and we would have no problem with recommending our family or friends to Pentagon. When we collected the car, it had been fully valeted ready to drive away as promised. We didn't realise but aswell as having a new 12 month MOT, the car also had a service which included usual items aswell as pads and discs. We didn't expect this due to our experiences with other car dealers and certainly put a smile on my face! This was our first purchase from pentagon and won't be the last. Pentagon go the extra mile and I feel very comfortable with the car we purchased.

I would recommend Pentagon Scunthorpe because the staff were helpful, appreciated our situation and at no time put any pressure on us to purchase a car. Our queries with regard to buying a car using a PCP agreement were answered fully and in terms we understood fully. We feel we got a very good deal from this salesroom and a personal service.
